The Casino Building and Carousel anchor the Southern End of the Boardwalk. It serves as the pathway to neighboring Ocean Grove.

Rona Silverman yes great memories 1974 and 5 and tilly the tunnel of love!!

Catherine Sims Miss the Casino , and all the rides they had down there, Love to see them bring the boats back too !!! Will always remenber rideing the Circuit !! Would be great if they bought back the carousel. The late 60's early 70's asbury park was the place to be...

Susan Garbarine I worked in the"poker room" in the casino.I guess it was '73-74 not sure.Nothing was automated, winners had to hold up thier hands to get thier coupons. We walked around the room gave out change and tickets to the winners.

Tina Yrshus

Hey we worked there 75-76 and I still laugh when I think about 2 pushes on our change belt gave you $1 in dimes. At least in the poker room it was heated in the winter

Ellen sold tickets for the roller coaster!

I liked going there on breaks when it was hot and ride just to get a little cooler.

the Casino and the whole boardwalk was such a huge part of my teenage yrs. Cruising the circuit @ 16 and then all the bars @ 18. Boy do I miss it today!!!!!!!

My husband was trying to break into the CASINO on Grand Theft Auto Liberty City yesterday.

Nothing but a Carousel should be there!

I worked at The Casino Coffee Shop while in high school for the Resnick's. Anita Resnick passed away yesterday- RIP.......

I was just in Asbury over Christmas and went by the Carousel house. What a great build as are many of the building in Asbury. I can think of nothing that would fit that building better then another carousel.

My first job at fourteen, was a waitress at the Miramar, honestly after all these years I can't remember if it was in Convention Hall or Casino! I lived in Loch Arbour, which is across Deal lake from Asbury, so it was easy just to walk to work. The only funny thing I can remember is my boyfriend coming in one day order...

The late 60's and early 70's were a blast down on the boardwalk. Grew up on the amusement rides the carousel, palace amusement, bumper cars, the peddle boats then gravitated to the clubs. Remember the Stones playing Convention Hall. Elton John with Chick Corea. For $ .75 I got to see Dr. Zoom and the Sonic Boom at ...

My parents brought us once awhile but there are no cute stories as I wasnt allowed to go to Asbury Park & look @ how it has come back today!
